New mousey

Well, Rodney passed last month in April. I was gutted. But his tank is no longer empty (and I no longer have a mousey hole in my heart), as I collected a black eyed cream off a local breeder today, 28/05. He’s roughly 5 and a half weeks old, so I’ve roughly pinned his birth at 20.04.10.

His ears are utterly gorgeous, he could hang glide with them, and despite only being 5.5 weeks old, he’s the same size that Rodney was as an adult.

He won’t replace my Rodders but it’s nice to have some mouseyness back in my life.

Bonnie

Bonnie suffered a stroke at the beginning of the month and lost a lot of weight, becoming skin and bone, and despite constant hot water bottles under her tank and hand feeding, she sadly passed sometime during the night.
