Ick, why am I going girly?

Whenever I’m wandering through a town or idle on the internet, I keep looking at … jewellery!! :o

Someone shoot me, this must stop.

I went through a photo session with a load of my jewellery for one of the eGerbil forum’s themed competitions (extremely fun and I highly recommend you join the forum and join in!), so rather than let them go to waste in my archives, I may as well post them here and hope it cures my insanity.

This is all the jewellery I wear on a daily basis..

They’re relatively simple which I like, just two tanzanite & diamond rings and an aquamarine necklace.

I really like my necklace, and apparantly so does a certain miss Indy (which is why I need to lock it to my neck when I go to scotland). However, if anyone spots anything similar I’d love to know!

Right, now onto the stuff hidden away in the nooks and crannies of the bedroom. I actually have more than these, but I only photograped the nicer ones for the competition!

A silver cz (cubic zirconia) cross pendant. Had it a few years now!

Two 9ct gold rings, one half eternity, the other whole eternity. Try to guess which is cubic zirconia and which is diamond & sapphire!

A really old ring, cubic zirconia naturally. I can’t remember where it was bought, it’s massive though so it might’ve been while on holiday somewhere hot (your fingers swell in heat and shrink in the cold).

Another really old silver ring, but I’ve recently seen this one is still up for sale on a silver jewellery stall at ‘Fosse Park’ in Leicester!

I was given this yeaaaaaars ago by my grandparents for christmas, really pretty! Can’t find anything remotely similar to it these days, despite it coming from Argos!!

Now this is still avaliable to buy from H.Samuels – it comes in cubic zirconia, but for only £10 more you can get it in diamonds! One of the few gems I would recommend for a birthday/christmas present as it doesn’t break the bank :)
