Felt i had to stretch out the eeeeeeeeeeee a bit for effect.  Well the progress of “the shed” is coming along nicely.  The lino has been put on the floor and shelves have been put in also with lino on them.  All walls and roof have been insulated and re-walled and we (when i say we i mean gordon but i like to take some credit as i supply food and endless cups of tea) just have to put in the ramps to the shelves and finish the top shelf.  i dont have any pics yet as i’ll wait till the shed is done then amaze you with the contents.

The bare shed is no more!  Gordon has been out in the arctic conditions all afternoon insulating it and putting on the “fake wall” (bits of plastic sort of coated board stuff).  It does have an actual name but im buggered if i know what it is!  Lino and shelves tomorrow.  Oooh the tension is mounting.  More on Shedwatch to come ………………………………

We took Kim and Aggie to their new home on Saturday where i could see they would be well loved and cared for.  It was lovely to see them exploring their new home and digging and chewing away to their hearts content!

Today is the day where my rehome gerbils, Kim and Aggie go to their new forever home.  The are going to live with the lovely Anne and Mr F.  Im sad to see them go but happy too because i know they will have a great home with people who love them.  Ive really become attached to them and they have both responded really well to gentle handling.  They run up to see me and love exploring my hands and arms!  Im just away to share my toast with them as a farewell meal    Am taking them out later while aaron watches Beauty and the Beast for the hundreth time and i’ll try and get some nice pics.  They arent the easiest of animals to capture as they are both slightly hyper and over excited lol.  Watch this space.  No wait.   Watch this one ——->

Well here it is in all its bare glory!! I thought id take a picture of my pride and joy before gordon sets to work modifying it for the bunnies. May God have mercy on that poor sheds soul!

Im sitting here in my artificially warm house and keep glancing outside to the bunny shed. I MUST go out there to feed them but its baltic. You know when you want to do something – in my case stand up and go outside, and your brain is telling your body to do it but its pretending it doesnt hear it? Thats what im going through now. Its a battle between body and mind. A battle of wills if you like – will she go outside or will she stay inside. While im sitting typing this im thinking to myself. What the hell am i rambling on about. If i dont know then you wont know either. I suppose this is the purpose of a blog. Talk utter nonsense that no one is interested in. I really should get a camera and take a pic of me doing a facebook/bebo whatever type pose to go the whole hog. (but i wont dont worry) Ok im just wasting time so i dont have to go outside but i MUST. So im going now. I may be gone for some time …………………………………….. it was nice knowing you. Oh and btw i’ll take a picture of the shed now if the elements dont get to me first.

I have returned to enthral you all with tales of pure mediocreness (spelling?) WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO scuse me. I had to let that out due to the fact our new shed for the bunnies, Buddy and Mallow has arrived and stands erected. Now normally i dont get excited about wood (well maybe at certain times ) but im really glad it is here and cant wait to get them back to stick them in it! Unfortunately there is a major flaw in this plan of mine – G.O.R.D.O.N. He has many ideas about what to do inside the shed. I fear for the safety of my shed and my sanity. These ideas he normally begins to carry them out – then mid idea building i hear the worlds most horrific obscenities flying out from my darlings mouth. Along the lines of “oh goodness me – i seem to have made a little error and now theres bits of wood everywhere and giant holes in everything.” Wish me Luck!! Will post a pic when i can be bothered getting up off my chair and venturing outside to snap the shed.

Well not only is the rain pouring down – Aaron has decided to do his own rendition of “its raining its pouring” using his spoon as a drumstick and various other items as drums.    He used my head to tap out part of the song but luckily being fairly hollow made a rather pleasing sound.   Ive realised my blogging will probably only be read by me Loz and Ed as no one else has this website but i’ll carry on regardless and jabber away to my hearts content pretending millions of folk are reading this and i am a sort of Messiah.  Ahhh the power of self belief and slight ignorance is second to none.

Well now.  This is my first official post.  I thought id better get posting for fear of Loz getting all kung fu on me and giving me a good battering.   So here it is.   Enjoy this post as its the first of many.
